Build yourself a 3.4GHz Transverter for under $100
The GARC has a number of surplus 3.5GHz subscriber transceivers which are suitable for conversion to 3.4GHz transverters. The converted units will work with a low power 70cm radio. The conversion takes around 8 hours to complete.
